So, I was doing some work on my ride today and then i took it out for a test ride afterwards then the check engine light came on.

Here is a list fo things I did today.

1.) Regapped the spark plugs (Got the wrong plugs, plan to replace them tomorrow)

2.) Complete brake job on the front end (New pads and rotors...going to drain and replace the brake fluid new weekend.)

3.) New PCV Valve

4.) Oil Change

5.) New ignition rotor

6.) New Air Filter

I am thinking the regapping of the plugs threw the CO2 sensor off...I would like to hear other suggections.

Thank you,
Scott

*shrugs* I drove it around the block a couple of times and the light went off...I guess there was no real problem after all.

Thanks again,
Scott

If you want you can check the code if it is current by grounding
pin #1 on the 16 pin connector and count the times the check engine
light blinks. the long blinks is for the first digit and the short blinks
is for the second digits. refer to service manual for code

disconnect your battery for a few minutes first then connect it again, it shouls erase whatever codes you have. if the light is still on, then check the codes otherwise it should be okay. you can check the codes just out of curiosity, if there are problems, then it will give you a fresh output of codes.
