Why are projector bulbs used with the angel eyes? Are the eyes not strong enough for night driving or are they there for weather reasons cause arent hids worse in rainy conditions? Help me out pleaseee I thought I wanted some but idk now...

you can use angel eyes without projectors. but the angel eyes alone aren't sufficient to safely light up the road. i know a few people have regular heads with angel eyes, then people who have regular fogs with angel eyes and i have high beam modules that aren't used with projectors that have angel eyes.

angel eyes are more for looks as said they do not light up the road nearly at all, the projector concentrates the light i a single beam pattern. with hids especially this makes them much more efficient because it uses all thier power in that single beam rather then it scattering like in a halogen housing, not to mention it wont blind people

so would the eyes be strong enough for a low beam and then the projectors for a high? How do you guys have yours set up?

the actual angel eye won't even light up the road a few feet away.

angel eyes are purely asthetic and don't light up the road. no matter who makes them, you'll notice that there will also be a projector or a bulb with reflector in conjunction of the angel eyes

I'm searchin pics now but haven't really found a shot of the eyes and projectors on at the same time. Do this look odd or anything? The best one ive found so far would have to be of skillz911.
