to my knowledge i believe i'm the only pa member rockin the 5 speed here's soome pix of my journey

but i'm glad i'm finally done the transofmation it was long an grueling but worth every penny and hour it took

congrats!!, wow it took you 1 hour? what clutch and flywheel are you useing? stock or upgraded?

nice but, the paint under the hood=crap what did you use i doubt it was high tem, at least def not on the fuse box

Yes the swap is pretty str8 forward, especially if you have all the tools, bolts, and parts at your disposal.

yeah the swap was pretty straight foreward alsong as u get the right parts, fucken andvanced auto parts selling me the wroing slave,



and the clutch and flywheel i'm running i'm runnin the clutchmasters alum. lightened flywheel, and an exedy stage 2 clutch


also i got a megan short shifter and the ply mounts for the shiftre base and the brass mounts 4 the cables...

and a full polyuerthane mototr and trans mount kit ...


the g-ride is a whole new aniaml to me its actually fun to drive!


ps i didn't take an hour it took me near 30 hrs!

well my total cost was baout probably 1000-1100



yeah goosey the reason i didn't ask ne questions was ur tutorial was awesome it helped me with all the things, and i got the info u used for research and i looked at that aswell......


yeah 30 hrs but i mean it only really was like 3.5 days

yup... nice... i'll be back to PA in march and starting the V6 5sp swap and turbo installation when i get settled... got all the parts for the 5sp in my dad's garage... and the turbo parts packed and ready to go...

Thats actually pretty cheap you didnt upgrade the clutch or anything right. everyone else around here that did it was around 1500-2000
