Weird exhaust sound

When I rev up my engine, on the way back down the rpms, my exhaust sounds kinda bubbly or like maybe poppy, anyone know how to fix this?? Thanks alot.

Well first, make sure it's not an exhaust leak (you know, like loose flanges or a hole in the muffler). Change muffler to get different tone. So what do you have on for the muffler?

NRG had that problem too after the shorty header install; but it has since gotten a little better... go figure. It was happening when the rpm drops back down at around 2500-2000 rpms.

I have an ac autotechnic jdm revolution. It sonds so amazingly awesome, but it just makes that bubbly sound some time. Thanks alot. Damn fast.
