which year and model of the 8g jdm/world spec galants have the accent lights??

i dont think it is specific years but if they mention they have cuty lights those are the ones you want, although you could achieve the same look just by drilling a small hole and installing an led for whatever color you want.

my JDM headlights are 1 piece from a 97 VR4 and they have city lights
