Well this sucks. Just got off the phone w/ the body shop and they said that the damn side skirts are 2 short and the rear bumper isn't going on but its possible they can get everything done. Man I'm so pissed right now and I knew that fitment is always an issue but damn today is not the day.

Ok I'm done I just needed to vent.

Just got back from the body shop and forgot to take my camera. Well the sideskirts are like 2 inches short. He got them on but he had to cut and he has to fill the rest. Also, I'm not gonna be able to use them. I can barely close my damn door w/ them on and there is 2 much space underneath b/w the skirt and the body of the car. So if wind get under it while driving its gonna come flying off. So its a wrap for the skirts. Going to have to get the super vr4s i guess.

Another thing, the rear bumper has a gap on the sides that should come in contact w/ the rear body of the car. Thus molding it on is pretty much my only option. :roll:

So these are my woes for now. I'm a lil depressed but I want the work done right. Front bumper is the only thing that actually went on right.

that lip that has the arrows. if that is not removed then it will cause the doors to rub and the skirt to sit lower causing it to look ugly, its the lip in the inner doors lol

Not to the rear, they were able to bang the back of the frame in a bit and shave the notches on the back of the bumper to get it to sit more flush. But one side sticks out

Good news, they got the rear on flush....and its not sticking out now. They heated the side up and was able to mount it on flush making custom brackets. Pretty cool.

I got a set of super vr4 sitting at the body shop. I really don't want to use them since they don't actually flow w/ the rest of the kit. If only I could find a set locally since I need them like ASAP. But we will see.

dam thats alot of space inbetween the skirt, it will not fly off thats the way mine is and it is only held by 4 screws, 2 on each ends. they did eliminate that lip tho. no matter what any skirts are going to have a 1 to 2 inch gap from the body on the bottom so it looks lower but ur good. where was the kit from? i got mine off ebay and it fit like close to perfect...thats good they got it on tho take more pics and keep us updated, they are molding it right?

What I would do is wire the gap up with some sort of chicken wire or a think wire mesh, like install the mesh on the inside of the side skirt, in the gap. Then get some fiberglass and resin and start filling it up.

I had the same problem with my rear bumper. I solved it by cutting it in half and trimed in the edges (1 inch)!
Now it fits good!

You can order that rear from erebuni, thats where i got mine. For some reason, some websites advertise that rear bumper as a cyber 1...don't know why. Erebuni would be your best bet, good luck!

Car is going into the paint booth today. Just needs to bolt a few things here and there. The car might go back into the body shop for some molding to be done but not at this place. They are just 2 damn slow. But anyway, I'll let you guys be the judge on how its looking so far.

Actually he did crack the bumper a bit on the bottom but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Now it looks brand spankin new.

The Erebuni sides fit perfect damn near. Not 2 short or long. The first pair I had got was from streetconcepts.com or some ish like that. They were like 3 inches short and had a nasty bow to them. If you look in the pics that were on pg 1 you can see how much they had to cut to get them to fit on the car. Thats alot to fill up.

Well everything is painted today. They are buffing and putting everything back together like the front bumper and put the rims back on. Will be picking up probably like 4-5pm.
