It is a dirty but that is OK. The best part I was going to buy a tranny last week for $350, but B19WHEELES told me to wait. I picked this one up for an hour of work and $51.21 with a warranty  Should be starting on the swap next weekend have to work this one  . Don't mind the broken 8g intake manifold in the second picture that is another story.

Good looking out guys. B19WHEELES came by the house today to start on the swap. A lot was done today, the rest should be done in the next few days.
The tranny cleaned up OK. Could have gotten it cleaner but did not have the right brush.

Had to get an electric because of where the car is. I couldnt find a portable air impact gun. I c=got one with 220lbs of torque, but I think the bolt heads are too fucked up right now. So Matt suggested we grind thenm down to 16mm (from 17) and try again. We'll see

dont grind it down, just go to Sears and get a bolt extractor and it should come right off.

bolt extractor is risky. if it's not dead-on center then we're fucked. i knew the electric impact gun would have been a mistake, i've always hated those wannabe POSs, but it was a last resort. plus i dont think extractors are reliable when the bolt was torqued down to +100ft/lbs

dremmel the heads down to 16mm, start over. should be pretty straight forward

Have not really driven it yet. Just put it in 1st and drove it out of the garage then backed it back in. It was dark by the time it was finished and I have not finished wiring my JDM heads up.

I need to get a new slave cylinder, it works it just squeaks so I should be getting one tomorrow. The reverse lights are working, if anyone needs a reverse light plug for there swap I have an extra one. The JDM heads are wired up. I have not wired up the fogs yet, my 7g didn't have fogs stock  . Now I need to clean the car up. I will get tires for 18" rims Friday and through those back on, and paint in about a month.
