Some info I thought I drop here since I've seen more than a couple people here with Jensen screens.
1. Load dvd.
2. Wait for dvd to play and blue screen to appear.
3. Push your E Brake in three timesto make the Blue screen go away.
4. With the main remote push stop twice and then push 1, 2, 6, 4 Then a hidden menu appears.
5. Use the joystick on the left side of the screen to go
down to Brake Override and turn it ON.
6.Then click System Setupon the main remote
TWICE to SAVE the settings.
This will bypass the video lockout without having to put a toggle switch on the parking brake wire. You will however have to go through this any time you remove power from the unit. That doesn't mean you have to redo this everytime you turn the car off and then back on. you only have to do it when the battery is disconnected, the main power plug is removed from the unit, or if the main power fuse blows.
