On the prefacelift '93? Yeah I like the look of the '94 facelift better - those US spec bumpers stick out for miles and really ruin the front end I reckon.

yeah. its the stock steering wheel bro. fuel and i have the same steering wheel. its nice but not really top pick when you do autox. its too big - it feels like a ship's wheel. hehe! i replaced mine with a momo 4-spoke btw.

Yep standard leather bound steering wheel, as well as gear knob and boot.

I've always wondered how bad a front end collision would feel on a JDM G compared to big nosed usdm version?

the jdm g has a heavy solid "i-bar" behind the front bumper. but yeah, the usdm g would probably have less damage up front due to the extended bumper. +1 on the usdm g.

I think there's more regulations and shit for US spec models, ie they have to have bumpers which withstand an 8mph impact or something like that.

Problem is the US spec bumpers look like a tacky last minute add on, as the cars weren't originally designed to have them.

WOW! 200,000 plus miles! I didn't expect a Galant could live soooooo long...

That's 203,000 kilometers.. notice the 180km/h speedometer. So it's done 126,000 miles.

My old 6G Galant (pictured above) was at 408,000kms (255,000 miles) when I sold it and it's still going strong.

It's actually quite small at 55mm. It looks the same as facelift E33A/E39A and Evo 1~3 throttle bodies (same location of TPS and ISC) except it has a different bottom where the coolant pipes feed to it.
