EVO III Wing

Okay got a quick question.. My boy a few houses up from me is selling his 01' Lancer in Yellow he ended up selling me his EVO III wing for a $100, the wing has the LED brake light in it as well.. The question is how much do u think a average shop will charge to paint and mount this bad boy on my ride?? Anyone can answer...thanx in advance

They shouldn't charge you more than 50 to put it on I am not sure hor much to paint. did you think about sanding it down and primering it first? will help out the cost a little
