For lack of really knowing where to put this, I guess I'll throw it in here. Since it is a problem...at least in my opinion.
About two, maybe three months ago, I purchased a spoiler from a member here. I don't know the manufacture or the product name, sorry. It's a grand touring style wing with pylons farily close to the center. Anyway, after having it in the body shop for a month I finally got it back and it sat wrapped in a blanket behind my desk for another month or so. I finally got around to bolting it on this weekend, and it looks pretty good, but there's a problem. When I close my trunk, the spoiler jiggles like Louie Anderson's gut. And going down the road at speeds of 60+ the ends began to "flap" especially going over rough roads (however, here in GA all roads are rough). Is this normal? Is there any way to stop it? I've already tightened the fasteners as much as possible. Now, it's really not all that much movement, but it bothers me. I could probably learn to live with it if I had to I just thought I'd check with people here and see if anyone else had experienced similar problems with similar style (grand touring) spoilers? Thanks for the help guys.
