they are rough to the touch at spots because i didnt wanna sand between coats.. i dont understand that concept so i said screw it... they are shining nicely too, pics cant show em yet, i'll be taking more detailed ones tomorrow when its washed.

YES!!!! people with black rims please have tire shine in the car at ALL times...looks crazy when your tires are dry as hell and your rims are shining..... :roll:

The bulbs are Eurodezigns "New Blue" color, I think they stopped making them though. It has a nice rainbow effect... fav bulb to date.
