My brother in law have a set of rims w/tires Kumho 225 45zr 17 sitting around, I was thinking to get it and give him 150. Today I found that one of them is rebuild and I not sure if I'm safe with the rims like that. What you guys think?

you will probably have some vibration. that repair job doesnt look very good either

i've seen SIMILAR rims like that on a G, looks not too bad....the repair work doesnt look best, but it shouldnt be much of a problem, just gotta put that rim on the back

I wouldn't run on the repaired one. My G had a repaired rim on it when I bought it and the thing was always unbalanced. eventually it cracked again along the weld and the tire deflated overnight. If you find out the make and model of the wheels you could just take the 3 good ones and replace the broken one.

x2.

That repair looks rather shoddy.

Though you could take the rims and tires for $150 and spend another $50 or so to get that damaged wheel fixed correctly.
