View Full Version : Stock Stereo 1997 Galant ES w CD Changer Controls

All,
I have a 1997 Galant ES with the
stock stereo that has CD Changer
controls. In my trunk there is a
plug that goes to the radio. I am
assuming that it is for a trunk
mounted cd changer. Does anyone know
a changer that will plug right into
it and let me use my stock stereo
to control it? Thanks,

Im not for sure but I have the same thing and was wondering if any of the aftermarket cd changers would fit. u could always hit up eBay and check out what Galant cd changers they have

Not long ago some of the car manufacturers were teaming up with the stereo makers. I know that they make adapters for some aftermarket changers to factory interfaces. Not sure if Mitsu was one of them or not (I still had my Ford in those days https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif )
