well it's most likely that you are only gonna see the rear of his car so that shouldn't matter. :P

I'm sorry I have to disagree with everyone here out of personal opinion.

1) There's overspray EVERYWHERE (including your radiator)
2) The technique used to apply the paint and clear obviously sucked, there's NO signs of quality in that paint job...

It's awesome that it's boosted and in LA though!

Not too bad. I like the color, but for a new paint job I would expect it to be more shiney. I would like to see more pics of the turbo install. You really can't see much from the pics. It looks decent, but not for taking 10 months. I'm at 4 months building the GSX and thats a complete motor rebuild and tons of other goodies also. Props for turboing the G though.

alright i need yalls help. i have a good friend who had a 3rd gen, he says i have to put the MAFS on the intake and make it suck thought instead of blow through to tune it. i really dont want to change the intercooling piping, but at the same time i really need to get it tuned so id like some advice. if yall need more pics let me know. also if anyone has a flashable ecu i need one.

Maf should not be on the IC piping, it needs to be on the intake side of the turbo.

love the wheel choice

I've heard that the turbulance of a blow through setup on the MAFS will cause it to be untunable with it being so close to the BOV.

looks good man. you are done modding it or still have plans?

Mitsu uses a Karman type MAF so it reads the vortices produced by the honeycombs in the MAF and with the MAF in the IC piping the boost pressures will not allow the MAF to read correctly and might possibly even damage the MAF. If you don't want to change your setup, you should look into a GM MAFT because the GM sensor will allow you to blow through without any problems and you can use it to tune for upgraded injectors and such. Otherwise you will need to move the stock MAF to the intake piping before the turbo.

^^I second that. The GM MAFT is the easiest/best way to go for replacing the stock one and tuning.

Congrats on the turbo =D
I think the red G could use a bigger intercooler though... it looks small in that pic =t
