I did. Mine wasnt even on tho, I just had the screen flipped out and it was completely blue because there was no disc. I got out of the ticket tho since I had a PBA card.

i have a question about that. can i catch a ticket if my screen is out and playing a "music" cd. maybe im lucky that the cops around paterson could give 2 shits what ur doin as long as its not drug-related but i have gotten "the look" many times before.

night time you have to be careful no dvds

Never been stopped cause my screen is on the bottom slot so when it's open.. it's not visbile to the outside..

Ticket no...Pulled over yes....If a cop sees it they will pull you over. The reason theyll pull you over is saying its a distraction to you and other motorists. Though if you dont have a dvd playing they cant do anything. The reason being as so many things now are being put into the drivers view its hard for a police officer to get you. Theres navigation, satelite radio, tons of things. If your not watching some video i doubt they will say anything. They cant tell what im doing cause all they see is blue cause of my satelite radio and it overpowers the light from the screen.

I haven't but mine is low so you don't notice it unless it is night time. Even at night though with my friends watching a dvd I have never been pulled over.

i know they will pull you over for it, but i would probably be an asshole and point out that the cop was using his laptop going down the road b4 he pulled me over....

thanks for the replies. well my navi/dvd is in. lets see how fast i get pulled over. if they dont get me for driving with navi on, they definately will give me a ticket for my tints.

I got pulled over once for having channel 8 news on heh. He said I need to remove the screen, I pointed to it and said uhh it's built into the car dude and he said oh, factory? and let me go :lol:
