This is my 1999 Galant I bought when I was 17... I was $400 dollars from paying it off and I fell asleep and totalled it.

3 Months later after looking at alot of other cars I just couldn't settle with anything but another Galant. I got the I4 2001 with 60k miles for 5000 dollars. Plus I had left over money to get 19's vers. 18's on my last G. The front is lowered and the back is stock height... Thanks to those of you who helped me pick out the right width and offset wheel, they tuck nicly.

They are Falken 225/35zr19's I am having trouble finding some harder rubbers.. All discount tire has are zr soft rubber tires and there arn't many to pick from cause of the size.. = [

Like R rated 19's rather then the ZR. I went to R rated 18's from ZR's and they lasted longer... Maybe more tread i dunno, I thought I remember them being harder rubber.

The "R" in the tire information means its a radial tire.

I think he means a harder compound...

nice G! are your springs in the back stock??

hopefully not cuz thats hardly safe. different spring rates can cause disaster... ask njjfudge...

I bought a set of tein s srpings and gr-2 struts. Not sure the amount of drop in front... like 1.7" or somthing. I do have two different spring rates... I'm not a rally car driver, I drive like a grandma actually and only on highways in a big city. I'm not aware about what happened to njjfudge, could you fill me in? If really need to I will lower the back I just like the look right now.

well, Different spring rates makes the car so unbalanced.. If I remember correctly, fudge took a curve and the rear got away from him and spun cuz of the softer rate in the back from having stiff springs in the front and stock springs in the back.

can you have the same stiff springs in the back but keep the back stock height and lower the front? because that definitely looks nice on his car
