i believe there are a few members with that shift knob, i have a razo executive style i think i used when i was auto, http://www.cardomain.com/item/RAZRA118 is the link to the exact one i have, its already modified to fit, only thing you have to do if you want it to sit lower and look a little better is when you take off the stock shifter cut the tringle top piece off, and if you add a boot and consolidate it into the center of the prnd123 shifter base it looks really good imo, anyway if you want it $20 and its yours let me know and i will post some pics etc if you would like

You will have to cut the white piece for it to fit.

Not that I recall, Its been a while since I put it on, but as far as I can remember it wasn't hard at all to do. I dont think it required modification.
