if CF fenders were made for our Galants would that make it easier to put on bigger rims ??

no. its a problem with clearance between the rim and the suspension.

surely!

if they made 20x7.5 or 20x7 rims they should be able to fit but the smallest 20" wheel is a 20x8 or 8.5 which can't fit and if it doesn its pusshing it. But even still the sidewall will be sooo much taller since you can't get ANY kind of tire less than 35series which if you had 19" rims you have 225/35-19 tires.
