Removing Vents

How do u remove the a/c and heat vents? I just got some blue neon l.e.d's I'm plannin on puttin in there, and i just gotta figure out how to take the covers off.

pry them up and pull, they come off easy

anyone got more detailed instructions, one of my middle A/C vents is loose as hell and gotta take it out and maybe glue it in the middle or replace it.
