03 BUMPER ON 01 BODY HELP

i installed the 02 bumper on my friends 01 and i know that the piece in the middle is needed as i had it on mine before but how can i make it sit flushed and look normal? i can add a bracket but is there anything that would help me out? thanks

What part isn't sitting flush? If it's the part where the bracket should be, then I guess you need to fab something up. If it's somewhere else, maybe there is something getting in the way.

are you using an 02 bumper support or an 01. the 02 bumper support is slightly different than the 01. not sure if thats what's giving you issues.

but yea, more details would help.

its where the middle bracket would be, the middle of the bumper bolts up to that middle metal bracjet that sticks out, so without that the middle of the bumpper inbetween the grilles is just pushed back witout a support....the rest of the bumper sits good its just that one pieece inbetween the 2 grilles

I suggest fabing up 2 peices or 1 big peice of metal bent to the right angles and bold it up
