The front Bumper 1999-2002 replaced with 2003 front bumper

Hello i own a 1999 galant super saloon. I saw that 2003 model have front changed. But when I looked closely I saw that they just redeisgned the front bumper, and i think can fit the previous model.

Any help.! thanks
