So since i am getting my new wheels soon (hopefully) I need to buy the rings and lugs....

So.. for teh rings i came across these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HUBCENTRIC-RINGS-HUB-CENTRIC-HYUNDAI-MAZDA-MITSUBISHI_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ42614QQihZ01 9QQitemZ290155529381QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
and for the lugs across these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/20-BLACK-SPLINE-DRIVE-TUNER-TYPE-ACORN-LUGS-12X1-5MM_W0QQitemZ150156451232QQihZ005QQcategoryZ33749Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Are they both correct size, w/e, etc.

I think the lugs are correct being 12x1.5 but i have no idea about the rings since i have never dealt with them before.

The rings depend on what the bore is on the wheels you are getting. The inside diameter is correct for the hub on the Galant, but the outside diameter needs to match the bore on the wheels.

Exactly. You need to get the wheels first or at least know the wheel's bore & then get the rings. Trust me get the rims first & then take them to your local tire shop & they'll fit you a set. Mine cost $40 cause they are the not the metal ones that tend to rust.

So the shops will usually have the rings themselves?

What about those lugs?

Yep. I got rings & tuner lugs for $80. Make sure to get some wheel locks too. My set cost $15 shipped.

Yes.

But spline drive lugnuts are basically just as good as any locking lugnut. Not to mention 90% of aftermarket wheels are requiring spline drive lugnuts anyways.

you can go to either advance auto or autozone and get a FULL pack with one lock for each wheel for like $15 OR you can get a FULL pack of locks nothing but locks for $20-$25

the ring, im not sure about but i wouldnt buy anything used for the lugs when i could just drive out and get them

oh and they lugs being 12X1.5 were correct for the rims i bought, not sure if it is that way for all aftermarket rims for our cars

well the lugs that the shop gave me didnt have locks, so i had to buy a pack of locks only then i found out i could have gotten my own set for cheaper then the shop price of $1 per

i wouldn't get the cheap lugnuts... go with something like gorilla lugs... or just about any of the major wheel sites sell great quality spline lugnuts... the cheap ones from autozone and such tend to chip and rust real bad, along with have sharp edges that could scratch the hole of the wheel... the ones i got from wheelmax are small enough that the key for them leaves ample space between itself and the bolthole on the wheel so it doesn't come too close when mounting or removing...
