Overall turnout was good. Lots of Lancers, 3000GTs, 1g, 2g, 3g, 4g Eclipses, and 50 or so Evos. There were about 7 6gs, 1 7g(ME!), about 9 8gs, and 4 or so 9gs.

I used a Canon Digital Rebel XT with kit lense. I threw all the pics into photoshop and did a quick auto tone and unsharpen mask since the stock kit lens isnt the sharpest out of the box.

Outside was a bone stock silver Evo. Stock bumpers, stock wheels, stock suspension, stock paint, no stickers, no tint. Not sure what qualified it as best as show. There were some highly modified Evos both inside and out. As well as some sweet 3000gts and some nice Galants too :P

Great pics guys, but where were you all? There was only 2 Galant guys that hung out with us at the hotel on Friday night. Then after the meet on Sat a few more showed up for Go Karts....which was a blast!

I tried to call Gabe on Sunday to rally the troops for breakfast, but his phone wouldn't go to voice mail for some reason.

All in all it was a good meet and a great time. Hope to hang out with a few more of you Galant guys in the future and I will be working hard to get things ready for next year's Back 2 Normal meet. :mrgreen:

I dont think i was supposed to be taking pics, but oh well :)

No offence, but I would prob take that pic down before someone from the factory sees it. They tell you as you enter... NO CAMERAS!!! Hell, some of my group had theirs taken and held till the tour was over.

It is a privilege for us to be taken on a tour of the factory among the other things the factory do/did for us over this weekend and many others in the past. You hosting and posting that picture is just not a wise choice man.

By posting that you put everyone in jeopardy of loosing that privilege, but I am not your mommy so do as you wish. I would just think about it a little bit.

So i took some pictures, flash and everything. Furious said afterwards that he didnt think i was supposed to take pics, but hey... the guy said it was OK 8)

Yea, he must have just been one of the helpers and not someone that personally worked at the plant. As many years as I have been to Normal for our B2N meets, they have NEVER alowed us to take any pics let alone have Cameras go onto the floor/catwalk. You were just lucky the security gaurds didn't take your cam like they did my two buddie's.
