I have H4 H.I.D.'s in my 02-03 Halogen heads. NOw my question is, If I go JDM or suddnly decide to do a retrofit will I need to change the whole kit or just change the bulbs?

you should just need to change the bulbs

All you would need to do is change the bulb. Whether it be H7 for the JDM Headlamps and a retrofit of H3 or H1, I sell the bulbs, ballast and the HID kits.
