smog galant ?

I have an 8g galant, regular 2.4L 2001. When I do an Evo head swap and a tranny swap, Would I pass smog?? After or before doing any mods to the motor? This may sound dumb, but I'm not quite sure. I know the tranny does'nt have to do with smog, but what about the head swap and turboing it?? Thats my question.

i dont think it will effect it, from what ive been reading, alot of people have done both swaps and turbo, i think youd be fine

thank you. I have done a lot and a lot of research, but can anyone tell my exactly where I can fine the exact parts that I need to do a swap? I have friends who have done this but are very busy to tell me right now. Or a site I can go to to find the parts I need to do a swap. I would REALLY appreciate it. I hate always guessing and things I'm not sure of. Thank You
