Well its finally finished and running. It took about 2 days + 3 evenings to install, lots of beer, plazma cutter and a welder.. plus a ton of usual tools

Running at 12PSI for now 8)

EVO 8 9.8 Turbo
EVO 9 Metal BOV
E-Bay O2 Housing
Full 3" Custom Magnaflow turbo-back exhaust
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
DSM 440 Blue Top Injectors
Aeromotive 1:1 FPR
SS Oil feed and return (-4AN Feed / -10AN Return)
T-Bolt Clamps all around
E-Bay Intercooler
EVO 8 Stock Intercooler piping
AEM Intake w/K&N Filter(lol)
RRE Oil Catch Can
Custom Vacume Manifold

Electoronics
Greddy Boost/Oil Guage
AEM UEGO Guage

The turbo DID NOT fit with the angled spacer that everyone keeps talking about. The turbo compressor housing was sitting right on the starter.
I am currently using 2 unmodified 1/2" spacers from RRE with a custom angled manifold.

I'm so fuckin tired from getting home at 2 am and having to be up at 8 am but it was so worth it :mrgreen: Btw that exhaust is the quietest and best sleeper 3" I have ever heard. Now we just need to get you a mbc so you can crank that baby up to 12 psi :D

did you try with the evo stock mani at first but it didnt fit at all ?

Yeah Paul, the stock manifold didn't fit and never would because of the starter location in the galants. The 1/8" spacer that everyone uses didn't work for me because i used a 2g starter and that puts the starter solinoid closer to the radiator by an inch. so not only did i add a 1" spacer, I also cut the top of the manifold and tilted the whole dam thing so much that the wastegate started to hit my radiator shroud.

you can always run a half radiator with a slim line.
