i have it and i hate so i bought the black one from a DE and its waiting to get painted in gloss black

yea everything thats woodgrain in it is gettin lightly sanded and then primered and painted gloss black

Well
you could start by cleaning it real good, engine bay and all.
The rims could be painted black leaving the lip as it is.
Some 03-04 headlights might look nice if you can't spend the money on JDM ones.
You could take them apart, remove the amber plastic and paint the inner trim black.
Take the resonators off the intake and cap the holes, (will sound nice).
Lower it and it will set everything off.

yea im gonna clean it and get the engine bay lookin all nice paint the valve cover and all do the I/H/E yea i was gonna spray Them a Flat Black but if the 02-04 ones fit then ill just get some of those...nah i really dont like the rims so im gonna end up sellin em as soon as i get my evo wheels in a couple of days or so... :D..also supposed 2 get a new suspension this weekend so lets hope that goes thru.. :D
