Want CF muffler (Megan) 2 1/2 piping, install wideband, and a bunch of flanges and gaskets before I install the new setup.

I just put 10,000 (HARD) miles on the E-Bay turbo, still working good with no cracks in the compressor housing or manifold. Or in other words, I'll push it off as long as I can for now.

I am also in the market for a Subaru WRX NON-TURBO! I will install one and save on insurance in the long-run. I just really want a all wheel drive for the winter, and will most likely put a small dent in my G modding.

I seriously noticed a differance also. The other wing and trunk used to make my ass end bounce like all hell with the TIENs. The suspention is now "more balanced" feeling. Now just the hood!

Why the hell do you think you guys got the night picks, hell yea it's got some chips. But for 3 bills, I'll have my cousin sand down and re-gel coat the lid. I am not showing my G and is striclty for my leasure, education and plesure, so do not think any of the flaws are "that bad".

Hell yea, but I want to get the VIS hood with the intake vent. Might be a bit though, I want the Megan Carbon Fiber Muffler, exhaust, and intake plumbing. Then re-turbo, snow tires and rims, race seats, roll cage, maybe get the G framed up for a jet engine when it is all said and done :lol: ...

I guess they(the original moldes) were fashoned after the JDM VR6, and have a differant kind of hinge with an inch or so offset. It is fixable, but most of the time it looks good no matter if their is a gap or not (not to metion lazyness).

You do not really notice till your up on it, looking for flaws. IMHO

Those gaps reminds me of the knock off body kits. After a while them molds get smaller. I hope that's not the reason behind the cf hoods but who knows :wink:

I suggest taking out your torsion bars in the trunk. That will make the trunk sit more flush. You also have to play around with the latches to make it sit more flush. But anyways, looks great man :D

hey Alex, I tried this already after I got my hood and truck when I was dealing with boostedgalant I believe his name was. And there was never enough interest. People said were shocked at the prices. Some people said they wouldn't pay more than like 200 bucks for it :shock: . And I am sure the price wouldn't go that low unless like everyone on the forum agreed to buy one :roll:

OK... here's the story.... I bought the trunk lid from Skillz... and i was thinking of pickin that one up from Todd forever and just fixin up the corner... but he wouldn't budge on the price... UNTIL 2 weeks ago... out of the blue he texted me that he NEEDED to get rid of it and wanted to know if I could take it from him... since I'm only 30-40 minutes from him I took a trip out there and grabbed it and called Kry to ask him if he wanted it... and he took it... so, me and the kids hooked him up... minus gas $$$.... and it was nice to get out of the house... I haven't been on lately due to FAM probs, but i will be on more often now... and not only that... i FINALLY got a damn J.O.B. SO, who wants that TGCPA meet now that leaves are perfectly colored????
