Ok. I searched and found some useful info. I have 2 RE audio 12inch subs. From what ive read, i should use a sealed box because they are pretty much an all around enclosure (theyre good at all frequencies). My question is what kind of amps should i be looking for? Heres the specs of my subs

These subs handle 250/175 [PEAK/RMS]. Im not looking for concrete breaking bass. Im just want something that sounds sweet and can be heard by people outside my car.

The amp you get should match the rms of your subs. So 175rms subs... so... aroun 175rms running on a 2channel in my opinion

Alright thanks. I just wanted to know what i should look for as compared to walking into an audio store and getting sold some amp i dont need.

to run it better, get a mono amp thats a true 400 watts and 1 ohm stable, something of a quality name like Hifonics or Orion, something high end.

Then wire it like so:

Thanks. Ima look into all those suggestions. But i wont be doing the wiring myself :lol:

its really not hard at all... but if u can pay someone to do it then it'll save hassle
