Galant For Integra!

i was thinking about it, and i was willing to trade my galant for an 99 or up integra, my galant has 106,000 miles, great condition and many mods, what do u guys think? possible?

If it's not the RSX, keep the car. I think the G may be worth more than an Integra anyway, not 100% sure on that though. But it depends on what you want to do with it and what it's purpose is gonna be. Either way you can do the same stuff to the Integra that you can do with the Galant.

Integra's are nice when done up properly but comes with the headache of people always wanting to steal it. I had one and I'll never go back cause it sucks to have to run outside every time your alarm goes off. Then again I had my galant broken into twice :evil: so same shit I guess once you start modding a car. They do have a greater market but are more for a younger crowd.

If youre looking to getting a 99 gsr...you wont be able to trade for the same amount of cash. you can probably get away with a ls or rs on a trade. Hondas arent bad, get a 4dr gsr and jdm it out if you plan on stickin with a 4dr car. finding a clean one untouched with be the problem.

I would rather keep my G then buy a Honda. One of the mainthing is because its only 4 others with the same specs and colour here :) The worst thing that could happend to me is to se a car much like mine :lol:
And yeah, i love the sound from a VTec :P A friend of mine had a Civic Type-R with JacksonRacing supercharger and had about 300hp :twisted: Not many Gs kan keep up with that :P But i like to cruise so the G is a perfect fit for that :)

if your going to do it get a gsr or a type r only but if you do get those its not gonna be a straight trade

My brother had and integra, key word HAD. The timing chain snapped at 70mph and it was going to cost $2000 just to put a USED engine in it. With the Galant worst case if the engine or timing belt broke you could spend $2000 on a EVO engine.

In my opinion keep the Galant, sure it's not fast stock for stock but when you look at all the capabilities at the fully modded point, who do you think will look better and perform better, and have two extra doors for two extra girls, lol. :wink:

As for performance

Its been said that hooked up integras are faster.

I think the integra makes for a great project car but the muthaf^kaz are always gonna wanna steel it. i would never buy a honda unless i had a garage. anyway if your gonna do it make sure you do your homework on used car pricing, mileage, history, condition inside & out, etc. so its an even trade

if u ask me, GSR and Typer-R integras are the only ones to get. im pretty sure every 4 cylinder with an exhaust sounds like an angry bee on crack, galants too. i wouldnt trade my 8G for teg, my 7g maybe. then again i dont have to worry about cars getting stolen in my area, but yeah i love tegs especially this one

Integra with s15 headlights are freaking sexy stuff... I only have one pic from import tuner somewhere... but yeah.

GSRs and TypeRs are really the only ones worth getting. Just don't get the four doors. those things are freaking ugly.
