I was wondering if anyone has thought about putting this on their car, and where could I find them for an 8g. Its off a Evo 8.

Ebay used to have a couple sets of them, you can stick them on the back on the roof like the Evo 9's

it's been tried. It doesn't fit the galant. the arc of the rear doesn't match. I haven't seen anyone make one for a galant neither.

from the pics shown through the auction i never really liked the way it looked, i guess it could look ok depending on the mods to your g but on stock doesnt look good at all....although either way i prefer the rear visor over that

I have one and it fits, but it is not on my car because my car needs a new paint job. I dont think it looks that bad.

They are pointless without the Evo wing. There is a technical article about how they were designed especially to be used with the Evo VIII/IX wing. I'll find it - give me a minute.

not direct, no...but its easyt enough to install if you know how to use a drill and a tape measure lmao.... it will fit fine but the factory holes dont line up

ebay had that vortex generator a whyle back and i almost bought it. they has them in black and in simulated cf. looked just like the evo one, but fit the 8g. i havent seen them for the galant in a whyle. dont think they make that peice for our car anymore.

I was actually thinking about this too. I want a Vortex generator for the G solely for the purpose of looks though.

But 5-speed and turbo first.
