compressor surge

anyone has any ideas on how to fix compressor surge for the turbo. I tried switchin the BOV and it didnt work. I even changed the Vaccum line supply and stuff.

big 16g turbo, with HKS SSQV BOV. 2003 galant 4 cyl.
