Hi All,

Car just came back from replacement of control arm bushings (and wheel rebalancing) and the 4ws light in the dash is now on -- solid. Any ideas what is wrong, and what must be done?

Thanks!!!!

Thanks, I'll try there.
BTW, the car will be FS (as soon as I fix this small problem :))
Is it OK to post a "for sale" here?
(or where else, if not here...)

Tnx!!!!

50 posts??!! Wow, that may take some time :o

I'm in MD, just outside the DC line (which means also very close to VA)
[and if that didn't confuse you, you are GOOD :)]

You probably have a failure somewhere in the 4WS system which isn't uncommon because of the age of the cars. The lines are the most common to leak..since they rust.

Most GVR4 owners eliminate the 4WS because replacement parts are no longer available anymore from Mitsu.

You can either plug the lines or eliminate the lines all together and replace the front steering rack from a 91-92 1g GSX.
