To me it looks like it will, it's practically the same as the Mitsu 380 VRX bumper they sell in Australia. Those holes in the back are probably for reflectors but you never know!

Yes it did! Just didn't really want to pay $350.00 to get it painted. Since nothing was wrong with my current one. Recently I was offered to get it painted for free. So I jumped on it.
