What do you mean it clicks? Do you mean that when it clicks off when it should be done and full, or that when you even start it just clicks off and you have to keep filling it?

Okay so you have a problem from the very beggining. I would check to see if you have a full seal before pumping or that you have the pump all the way in. You might not be getting a full seal.

Read this post http://www.clubtgc.org/forum/viewtopic.php...c&highlight=gas ('http://www.clubtgc.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3482&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=gas')

I'd suggest you go to a different gas station with different kinds of pumps at the station and I bet it doesn't click off. It's their pumps that are at fault here.

yep, that would be a good idea. I know when it does that, it's usually the pump. when I switch gas pumps or stations, it doesn't happen again. Good luck with finding the problem.

sounds to me like your venting valve (otherwise known as the rollover valve) is not working quite right.

from my experience with pumps and the "clicking off" as you say, you have to wait about 5 or 1o seconds after the pump says it's ready to pump gas. The pump needs to set itself up and someone squeezes the handle fully and too soon, it click off. It's no big deal, you just need to wait a few seconds before pumping. I never have that problem now.

You also might want to try pulling the nozzle slightly back while filling the tank. Sometimes that helps. If not then you should take it to the dealer.
