I was wondering which camber kit did you guys get and how much? I got Progress springs so that would be 2-2.2" drop so I would say maybe a -2 or a -3 degree camber. Some say I might not need it but I was thinking just in case so atleast this way I can install everything at once and not have to worry about it anymore.....

I installed a camber kit for a 2.2 drop and I'm still off a little in the rear. Remember, they can always add another washer in the back to help get you back to true.

Since you got the progress springs...I suggest you go with the progress camber kit. they're suppose to be a match.

Yes but I need a definite answer on if they will fit the 8G for sure......And do they do more than 2 degree adjustment...Do they have front and backs....etc.....

As you can see in my sig, I have an 8G. I have the progress Spring and the Progress Camber kit. It's for front and rear.

Looking at your sig, I noticed that your rear looks way lower than your front. Isn't there a way to make the car slight towards the front instead of the rear?

that's because the rear well sits slightly lower than the front. I guess it's that way so that when you turn it has clearance...altough, sometimes when I make a quick sharp U-turn, the front wheel hits the fender. But I assure you the car is at even height fron and rear. And besides, you don't want the car looking like a hotrod https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

you can also see a close of the wheels if you click on "My Page" in my sig.

Well thats the thing, I want the front to be slightly lower than the rear......that would look much better in my opinion.....

you could probably cut the spring. But that's something I don't recomand or do myself. I believe Reelax has cut springs, but he's got the pro kit I think.

My back end sits lower than the front on Intrax springs.. I didnt get the camber kit because the wheels are a a degree where the back end will not want to come around at high speeds or on turns..

Well, even before the drop. The back of the Galant was always lower in the back than in the front. I have Progress springs too and the drop was 1.8 (back) 2.0 (front). so if you want to get the front lowered even more, I guess you will have to go with a 2.2 drop. When I drop the back and front, the back was even more lower.

Ok, heres one for you. I have the gc coilovers. What camber kit should I get?? The rear is the only place that needs it.

Thanks,

I would get an Ingalls camber kit for the rear. That's what I have along with Progress springs. If you go to groupbuycenter.com you can find the kit for a pretty good price (usually listed under Eclipse).

But can Ingalls do more than 2 degrees??

The 3586 kit fixed my -2 degrees camber in the rear with spacers left over. On their website it says that the kit can fix up to a -3 degree camber. I don't think you are planning on dropping more than 3" in the rear are you? Click here ('http://www.ingallseng.com/parts/3586.html').

Did you get some for your fronts or were they not needed??

I didn't need anything for the front, and that's with a 2.25" drop. I'm sure if you were to drop lower, there would be a need for a camber kit up front though.

The progress springs won't lower an I4 no more than 1.8"
You'll only get a 2"+ drop on the V6.

I saw on the site that they charge 78 bucks per side?? Thats kinda pricey........Shouldn't that price be for a pair?

That's why I suggested www.groupbuycenter.com where I bought mine. I got the rear set for like $90 shipped.

I searched the groupbuycenter but didn't come up with the kit that will fit my car. I didn't see any 2000+ eclipses nor Galants....

Which one did you buy it for?
