i was wondering if i changed my current exhaust to a Megan drift spec would it sound raspy with my headers? the only clips ive heard the galants didnt have aftermarket headers, and i have no cat.

obx headers are raspy to begin with no offense...i had kamikaze headers w/ the megan c/b on my old i4 and it sounded very deep and nice...but it was very loud...i had the headers on before i got the megan though so i dont know the comparison as to before and after

i have them on now with no rasp at all. and i have a custom catback on with it

Without the cat its gonna have a little rasp to it. You might want to put in a resonator where the car used to be, it should take out some of the rasp and make the exhaust note a little deeper and quieter. There is a ton of space for a resonator between where the header ends and where the exhaust turns to go around the gas tank.
