Oil Temp & Boost Gauge`s

Im looking at hooking up an Oil Temp Gauge & Boost Gauge to a 1998 VR4 engine, am I better off getting mechanical ones or electronic ones? Are there wires in the wiring loom that I could tap into for this information?

go with electronic guages. you don't wanna run oil lines into ur car to the guages and possibly cause a fire or something
