Car Stereo Static

I have this little issue with my stereo, it's an aftermarket JVC TouchScreen...and few days ago i started to get this static sound wile playing CD's... anyone know what could it be?

no, i didnt have any thing added, other than i change my dash lights to LEDs and those flicker from time to time also

sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere.

it's either a bad ground or wires touching some where. for your ground, make sure it is touching bare metal w/o any paint on the metal.

Thanks, I'll check on that, the guy who put the stereon in didn't do such a great job with wires. so i'm probably gonna soldier them all over again.
