ground control or springs?

I'm wondering how much the GC coilovers run (with everything needed) and the cheapest place I can get them. I'm sure everyone has seen how nicely Galant Girls car sits on those ADR 19s, and i am trying to get that same look for my car but with the 18s. I want the car drop so that the there is almost NO or VERY little fender gap. Also, do the progress springs drop the 8g galant the most (2.0f, 1.8r)? I'm not sure i can afford coilovers so I'm looking for springs that will give me the lowest drop possible.

If you want almost no gap between the fender and tires, you would need coilovers. No springs of yet can drop you that much.

In addition, with the drop you are looking for, be prepared to scrap on almost anything.....

i dunno nrg when i have my 18's on and i have my coils preety low i dont realy have much of a gap and i dont realy bottom out a lot only 3 or 4 times actully come to mind at steep spots but i avoid speed bumps just to be on the safe side

Well it depends on where you live I guess. At my location, I got bumps up the ass not to mention when I get to school, the parking has lots of big bumps....

im in upstate ny and belive me if there's a place with more potholes then here then we all should just trade in owr rides and get some monster trucks or something. or maybe im just lucky?....nyaa that cant be it

What springs will give me the maximum drop...I believe the Progress but im not sure. Also, how much do the Eibach Eclipse springs drop the galant?

Mine is a Progress drop in the front.. 2" but more like 2.2" now.. and the in the rear a Cerwin Vega/Rockford Fosgate drop.. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif

I got progress drop also...2.0 in front and 1.8 in back and box with 2 12s in trunk also

are your g-rides I-4's or V6's?? I have an I-4 and I heard the Progress dont drop the I-4 up front as much as the V6's because the springs are made for the V6's, if anyone knows please clear this up for me...

I also have an I4.. the drop for an I4 is supposed to be 2.0 in the front and 1.8 in the back.. for the V6 its 2.2 in the front...
