Unless the JDM cars have one, I'm not sure there would be any good way to get one.

Evo cars got them...can our car use it?

Our cars are much different from the evo. It really depends on how it works, but there is no hole or mounting point on the rear window sill. Also the trunk lid doesnt have enough gap between that and the window frame to run an arm through.

Yeah...now that make a whole lot more sense...It'd be cool if it can be done though. Well...just throwing some ideas.

if our car came with rear wipers, people would be making posts of shaving it. end of story

some JDM worldspec 8G's have them. the go through the glass so u would need the rear window as well or custom cut the hole (i don't think the JDM rear glass fits the USDM rear window hole.

try cleaning the window really well and then waxing the outside of the window with your favorite car polish. it helps out to keep the dirt and water from clinging.

rain-x works good, water just beads off the window.

its a cool idea, goosey and i were talking about this once and he was going to try using the actual steering control from the evo to operate it as it does thiers, its a feasable idea however the question of where/ how to mount it arose although this is realatively easily taken care of by said suggestions above as well as an assortment of othe possibilities

im not sure how far he got with the whole idea or if its still on his mind but i would suggest asking him what info he dug up...it would definatelly be a pretty cool and possibly useful, it shouldnt be too hard to do...that is at least installing one and having it work...the harder part would be really trying to figure out if the actual evo switch would work or what cleanly presented other one may

im sure the stock parts would bolt up to something bakc there made for it. after all the rear doors are the same as the worldspec galant sthat have speakers in them. you could always cut out the deck and reweld a worldspec one in of your a real hardass

i dont see why the class would be a different size

the rear deck on the world spec is significantly larger than the usdm ones. not sure how the back seat would work or any other issues with getting everything to fit because of that.

I think all 8G VR4s have them. Check Naughtika03's G here
