What CAn i Do?

well i had a fender bender a month ago and i fixed everything except the bumper
but i dont feel like spending 250 for a new bumper so i was wondering how i can fix this
the paint is chipping off, i can always spray paint it but it would look crappy should i just save up and buy a new one??
