Please Keep This Thread "STRICTLY" To I Booked A Room Comments So I Can Keep Track Of How Many Rooms Are Left or If I Need To Cancel or Book More.

You NEED to use the number listed.
When you call you need to tell them that there is a block of rooms reserved for "CLUB 3G / B2N May 22th - 25th Meet" and you want to reserve one of them. They will take all your info and you will be set. In order to gaurentee your room they will take your CC number to hold it. You can pay in cash later if you wish, but a CC just seals the deal for you.
The rooms all have Double / King Beds (Not sure what they will all give us. http://club4g.org/board/images/smilies/happysad.gif), They are all NON SMOKING sorry you will have to smoke outside.
Unfortunately they dont have cots so if you will be sharing a room with someone and have to sleep on the floor bring your air mattress and sleeping bag.
I told them there would be 2 guests per room to keep the rate cheaper. If you want to tell them that there will be more people in your room go ahead. You will just have to pay extra. I figured they wont be checking to see how many people per room.
I also have them all held in the front of the building. So when you call, please tell them you are with Club 3G for the Front of the hotel!
Now the moment you have all been waiting for!! The price "Per Night" "Per Room" is !!!! $59.99 plus tax!!! The price is cheeper than what we have paid the past 2 years, due to the fact that we have used them for the past 6 years. http://club4g.org/board/images/smilies/woot.gif YES, we still have the Conference rooms for no extra change again this year!!! Same as last year!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I only booked a block of 15 rooms so when those are gone I will have to call and book some more at that rate if we need them. I also told them there might be some people coming in a day early. Everything should be cool still though.
**NOTICE**
Rooms MUST be booked on or before May 15th.
If rooms are not booked by this time the block is lifted and you might be without. Not to mention, I don't want the remaining rooms added to my bill! :(
I didnt book any rooms for Thurs night (Only Friday, Saturday). If you need a room for Thursday you will have to make your own arrangements.
***PLEASE!!! I and the other members who put this together can not stress this enough!!!
Remember you are representing ALL our CLUB and have stayed here over 6 consecutive years. They were more than happy to see us call them again for this year so lets have some fun but also respect their needs as well as the other guests.
