We had an awesome time at B2N8 and the pictures showed it. Although we had a few new faces that made this their 1st Normal, we saw a decline in the amount of members from the previous years.... As usual. Last year we decided to try something new with MOD 07 and it was fun. MOD 07 gave us a touch of something different and what we all had to say was the weekend was TOOO Short. :( We have had this every Memorial Day weekend since I joined, and this is where it will stay.

So this year, B2N9...Memorial Day weekend, May 22-25th weekend. Meeting at the Factory is from 11:00 AM - Finished ** Details are still iffy on some things, so I will update as when I hear something.**

For those of you who have been to B2N before, know the drill.

Friday :
- We will Attend the Factory and have our personal tour and meet & greet.
11:00 a.m. Arrive At Plant
11:00 - 12:15 p.m. Display Vehicles for Employee Viewing
12:15 - 12:45 p.m. Photo in Circle Drive
12:45 - 1:20 p.m. Catwalk Tour
1:20 - 1:45 p.m. Question and Answer

- Hang at the Hotel for a bit before heading to Dinner and Karts.

Saturday :
- We are in the works for putting together a Poker run with a 2 man team.
- Heading to the old Park to have our car show and hang out, maybe throw the football around or just enjoy the sun and visit.
- Head around campus for a curse and then back to the hotel to get ready for dinner and another fun night of karts.

Sunday :
- Farewell Breakfast and heading off.

As you can see everything will still be the same. The fact that the plant will be open and running alows us to have a showing of the plant in action and not at a stand still. Not to sound snotty, but not eveyone has a nice like 10/15 min drive to the plant like you do. I myself have a 7 Hr drive from MI, plus there are some members heading over from PA and NJ. All I can say is I never made up the event, I am just doing my part as a vet to keep it going.

Last year it was on a Saturday (sept. 8th). The plant was closed, the assembly line was not running.

By the way, i was just on 55 coming into Normal earlier and they cops were posted up EVERYWHERE. So be carefull on the hightway guys.

Another side note. The strip club (Kappa Cabana) has been running this promotion on friday nights..... If you're wearing a baseball jersey/shirt you get free admission to the club. Just something to keep in mind.

yeah the 2 grand POS's that were trying to race didn't get beat by him, but they did by me. and the 2g turbo eclipse also got beat by me and he/she also almost lost control of their car because their suspension was basically shot and they were wobbling all over the place.

Forgot to post, but is was great having more Galants in the line up this year and was nice to meet and see you guys. Hope we can get you all + to come out again.


Next year will be the big one, 10 year ann! Hope you guys can stay a bit longer than you did this year. Kind of just came to the factory and then left. :( You would have loved the Poker Rally.
