Hey guys, I have been looking around on ebay for an HID kit. I read the differences with Bi-Xenon allowing you to have both the high and low beams and regular HID allowing only the low beam. I was wondering which one you guys would recommend and why. I was leaning towards the bi-xenon ones because you would have the high beams still which I'm relatively sure they check for during NJ inspection. Also if any of you guys have dealt with any sellers on ebay let me know. Thanks in advance.
