so its about time I get new tires, for now Im just getting whats on the car the P195/65R15 tires. my question is what is a good brand to go with, I dont want crap tires but I dont want high end either....I've looked at some michelins, bridgestone, yokohama, firestone and they arent that cheap really. around $500 (includes everything). is this the price Im looking at paying at regardless with what I go with?

I got Kuhmo powerstars on my steelies, they're not too expensive a little over $400. They're pretty good tires for the price and the tread wear isn't to bad.

I got Bridgstone Potanza's, great all year tire and great tread wear so far. i paid 560 for 205/50/16's for my 7g so im betting they will be a little bit cheaper for the 15'. i also used to have some bfgoodrich traction t/a's that are on my stock rims, they were really nice tires for about three month now there is nothing left of them. stay away from the traction t/a's no tread life what so ever.

i have falken azenis and there awsome on dry n wet condition n there not too bad on price either

I got 205/55/16 Fuzion HRi on my stock GTZ rims. You can't find better tires for that price. I paid $273 for 4 from tirerack. Great handling on dry, wet & snow. I'm planning to get new 17" rims and I will definitively go with HRi again.

and I found some toyo spectrum that will cost 378, without an $80 alignement, also some Kuhmo KH16 cost 284.88 without an $80 alignment. either of these tires any good? when it comes to tires I have no f***ing clue whats what...I just want a decent deal.

falken ziex ze-512 all season tires 195/65/15 64$ each tire probably about 300-340 for the full change, great tires...for my size it was 120 a tire and amounted to 560 with mounting and alignment so im going based off tire price and avg mounting price

falken ziex ze-512 all season tires

beat me to it. i run falken ziex 512s on my stock rims for minnesota fall and winter. great tire for the price.

reelax is right in asking about the alignment. you dont need one if you are just changing tires. if your car already needs an alignment, then its a good idea so you don't prematurely wear new tires out.

well my car needs an alignment bad, it pulls, and it might be why one tire is bald before the others, when they all had about the same tread left a few months ago.
