yeah.. wanna keep the stock bumper, i am going to use the mesh from the 300c grille to give it that nice touch and also going to put the same mesh in the bottom bumper opening

no the stock grille is solid plastic, this one is a grill shell with removable mesh, so u can change it to any mesh u desire

You mean like this, kinda of, you can just wrap yours and will look just like that and save money.?? It will look nice though either way.

That's an interesting look, doesn't look half bad! IMHO

honestly 90bucks shipped is not worth the mission to cut it and use bondo... i would rather buy it and just have it painted now when i paint my car. If i had the time i would cut it but since i am always at work , i do not have the time, I am a service manager at a goodyear service center....

the grille looks nice. if it goes on and fits like OEM i could see it being worth it.

but if it has the imaginary mounting points like the other 8g grille, then its totally not worth it.

I like the one on ebay cause the mesh isn't directly on the front, like it goes inward

but the one in that pic is like on the outward edge, which ew i don't like

Ew chrome mesh. Every time I see that I think cheese grater, which is nice if you are going for that Mickey Mouse look.

If you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all.

Got the grill in today and looks good, I dropped it along with the car at the paint shop this afternoon, will post pics once I get hwe back. The only thing with the grille is the mounting tabs do not have an opening for the clips. So I am going to use bolts with nuts. I test fitted it and It fits like a charm, just wish the clips would pop right in, but it is the excat look i am going for.

I was speaking of metal mesh in general, regardless of what car it's on. I'll state my opinion if I feel like it, if you think it's mean (don't read it). Honestly, I'm just trying to provide feedback. If someone is on the fence about something, they want to hear both good and bad feedback. At least, I would.

i asgee to a point , most people do not tastefully use mesh and alot of the time the use chicken wire or gutter mesh

I ordered the mesh grille cover off of ebay. The only thing I don't like is that the edge of the mesh is pretty sharp and can cut you and scratch your plastic.
