so i've been looking for some ecu pinouts to give boomslang so they can make me a harness for an emanage ultimate but i can only find them for the 4g72... if i could get that it would be amazing, thanks.

Ya i was trying to check it out but the damn thing doesn't want to work... I'm pretty sure their site is down since a bunch of people are having problems with it.

i used this for my emanage blue but boomslang has a harness adapter for the auto eclipse ecu why do you need a custom one?

you know what you are right... it totally slipped my mind.
Now if i do a manual swap in the near future would this harness not work for me... i plan to keep the auto ecu and short out the wires like goosey tutorial said.
thanks though for that.

as long as you dont swap to a manual ecu that extention harness will work. manual ecu's only have 2 rows of pins the auto ecu has 3 rows

sweet that sounds good, there really wouldn't be an advantage to swapping the ecu anyways right?

it depends on what you want to do with the car later... the way i would do it is swap in the eclipse ecu, wiring harness, and transmission that way you dont get any check engine lights (which will cause you to fail inspection here) that way if you decide to go turbo later on you can flash in the evo rom and be done with it no rewiring or anything, no CEL's... but thats just me

I was gonna say why don't u order the boomslang for the ultimate but u posted that u r trying to get a custom one who made me think that they don't make them for the ultimate

I'm about to order mine for the e manage blue and i'm hating myself for paying 230 for nothing but wires but I don't wanna mess with the stock harness

ya i totally agree and plus its easier to get back to stock if you have to. but that price is way steep for some wires, i used to work at Best Buy in car audio we would charge 20 dollars for a harness and store cost was 2 dollars.

your mainly paying for labor with the boomslang harnesses that and the ecu connectors are hard to get and expensive too
