quick release bumper latch?

I've seen this in one of the forums many moons ago. It's the part where it connects to the bumper and the fender, commonly used for show cars with fiberglass kits. Anways, where can I find one. I tried ebay but no avail. Am I searching the wrong words? Thanks :)
